If I tell you
If I tell you now
Will you keep on
Will you keep on loving me
If I tell you
If I tell you how I feel
Will you keep bringing out the best in me

You give me, you give me the sweetest taboo
You give me, you're giving me the sweetest taboo
Too good for me

There's a quiet storm
and it never felt like this before
There's a quiet storm
that is you
There's a quiet storm
and it never felt this hot before
Giving me something that's taboo
(Sometimes I think you're just too good for me)

You give me the sweetest taboo
That's why I'm in love with you (with you)
You give me the sweetest taboo
too good for me
(Sometimes I think you're just too good for me)

I'd do anything for you, I'd stand out in the rain
Anything you want me to do, don't let it slip away
There's a quiet storm
and it never felt like this before
There's a quiet storm
I think it's you
There's a quiet storm
and i never felt this hot before
Giving me something that's taboo

You give me the (you give me, you give me the) sweetest taboo
That's why i'm in love with you (with you)
You give me, keep giving me the sweetest taboo
Too good for me

You've got the biggest heart
Sometimes i think you're just too good for me
Every day is christmas, and every night is new year's eve
Will you keep on loving me
Will you keep on, will you keep on
Bringing out the best in me...

Indigos

Tony and I finally watched "Indigo," a film/movie by Stephen Simon, James Twyman, and Neale Donald Walsch. It's about an indigo child; {indigo children being something I have been intrigued about for a while now,} and her familes journey to search for understanding and unity. We thought they did a great job and we were inspired by their message. The writers and directors are also involved in a new "spiritual cimema movement " where one can find/order many new and upcoming enlightening, inspirational, indy-type movies if you want to join and support (which we might:)
We really look forward to seeing their documentary about indigo children called: "The INDIGO Evolution."
About the documentary:
"Many people today are talking about a new type of human being coming into our world. They are described as being creative, eccentric, independent, acting as if they are "royalty," impatient with the status quo, "system busters," possessing a high degree of integrity and highly intuitive. Some are even said to have supernatural "gifts" which they will use to "heal the world." Though no label fully applies, they are sometimes called "Indigos," "Crystal," or "Star Children."

This documentary attempts to answer the question - Are these 'Indigos' only the fanciful notions of a few individuals embracing new-age, metaphysical beliefs, or is there real evidence that they truly do exist? Most importantly, why are they here and how can we help them achieve their goal of creating a world based upon the laws of compassion and peace? Interviews with some of the most profound children on the planet today combined with discussions with authorities in the fields of medicine, psychology, education, philosophy, and religion will provide information for the viewer to draw their own conclusions to these questions."
Appearing in the Film (among many others):

I also came across a great group called The Children of the New Earth whom publish a online magazine dedicated to the evolving needs of today’s new generation of children: created to give inspiration, information and a voice to the growing international community of teachers, psychologists, doctors, healers, and concerned parents who foresee the necessity for a paradigm shift in the way we feed, nurture, educate and relate to the new children.

AN OPEN LETTER FROM THE CNE TEAM
"There is a revolution going on. As any conscious parent, teacher, caregiver, and holistic practitioner will be aware, today’s children are markedly different than any generation that has preceded them.

If we had any doubts before we launched the original quarterly print edition of CHILDREN OF THE NEW EARTH magazine in April 2003, the reaction we have since received from around the world has confirmed this belief. From the US and Canada to Spain, Holland, Italy, Germany, and Great Britain, to Turkey, China, Australia, New Zealand, Israel and South Africa, letters have been pouring in to our offices welcoming the fact that, finally, someone is acknowledging that today’s children represent an evolution of the human species.

Without exception, the message we have been hearing for the past two years is one of overwhelming relief that at long last information about the extraordinary changes that are now becoming evident in our children is finally being aired before the general public.

And not before time. For when one in less than 500 children is being diagnosed with autism or some form of autistic symptoms, and five or more percent of American children are receiving special education for learning disabilities, and two million children (yes, two million – and that’s just in the US alone!) are being forced to take the drug Ritalin for so-called behavioral-related problems, it is most certainly time for society to wake up and accept that something extraordinary is happening with our children.

On the one hand, as many parents, psychologists, teachers and holistic practitioners are reporting, we’re seeing more and more evidence of children being born with what appear to be a highly developed range of extra-sensory perceptions and capabilities.

On the other hand, as many health and medical professionals will attest, we’re witnessing alarming increases in the incidences of certain physical ailments and disorders, such as celiac disease, asthma, autism, digestive problems, food intolerances and allergies.

Regardless of whether we view these changes as positive evidence of a quantum leap in the physical, mental and spiritual evolution of our species, or the negative consequences of society’s wanton pollution of our atmosphere, crops and other natural resources, the message is unequivocal…

It is time for science to investigate the changing consciousness of today’s children.

It is time for medicine to start looking at the physical, chemical and/or biological anomalies that are increasingly being reported.

And it is time that we, as parents, grandparents, caretakers and caregivers stop all unnecessary medication of children and start re-evaluating the way we nurture, nourish and educate them.

On our own, we may not feel we can do much to effect change. In reality, we have a lot more power than we think we do.

There is a saying, if we want to see change, we must be change.

This is one of the reasons that we decided to expand our contents and increase our frequency of publication by moving from a quarterly print publication, to a monthly online magazine, so that we could better serve the children and provide more instant access of this information to a wider audience.

There is an awful lot that we, as individuals and as a collective, can do to effect change. Every time we exercise our right to follow our inner guidance and say no, whether it be to a practice, a drug, a system, a method, an authority, or an unnatural or unhealthy way of doing things that does not truly serve the best and highest interests of our children, we are taking a step toward creating change.

There is a revolution going on. It is being led by our children. You know it. We know it. Many caregivers, healers, therapists, psychologists and teachers are now recognizing it. For the sake of our children, and the future of humanity, it is time we started opening our eyes and truly looking, listening and heeding what our children are showing us.

Instead of drugging our kids into conformity, it is time we started paying attention to the lessons they have to teach us.

CHILDREN OF THE NEW EARTH ONLINE magazine is dedicated to honoring children, everywhere; to providing them with a voice; to fighting for their rights; to protecting them from unscrupulous and ultimately harmful practices; to learning the lessons they can teach us; to celebrating their differences; and to challenging society’s established way of doing things in order to better serve their needs.

For nothing is more important than our children, who are our future. "

The CNE Team

They seem like a group I'd like to research more and also pass on to some friends and co-workers!

Mystery of vanished "Buddha Boy" grips Nepal

The story continues.....
Mystery of vanished "Buddha Boy" grips Nepal
March 12th 2006.

The weekend disappearance of a Nepalese boy whom supporters hail as a reincarnation of the Buddha has sparked a nationwide search.
Supporters have showered 16-year old Ram Bahadur Bomjan with money and gifts for allegedly sitting in motionless meditation in the roots of a pipal tree without taking food or water, or using the toilet, since May 16 last year.
The youth, dubbed "Buddha Boy" by the media, left the site in southern Nepal because the thousands of devotees who flocked there had disturbed his meditation, media reported Sunday.
"He left as there was a lot of noise in the meditation area," his friend Prem Lama told the Kathmandu Post.
A search using plain-clothes police and civilians failed to find the boy, but he had been glimpsed in the jungle surrounding the meditation site at Bara district 250 kilometres (150 miles) south of Kathmandu, the Himalayan Times reported.
Inspector Kamal Acharya told AFP he was "90 percent sure" the boy disappeared voluntarily. "It does not seem likely that it was an abduction," said Acharya. a police inspector from Bara.
Police believed the youth had left the site with a close friend Sahila Tamang, who was also missing, Acharya said.
"The boy disappeared at around three in the morning Saturday while the people who guard the site were sleeping," Shankar Acharya, a journalist from Bara, told AFP.
The thousands of visitors who have flocked to see the boy were kept at least 15 metres (50 feet) away.
The boy's followers did not permit visitors to see him during the night, raising scepticism about claims that he had been surviving without food and water.
Ram's meditation spawned a mini-industry with the site jammed with food and souvenir vendors.
Rupees were stuffed in collection boxes around the site and a member of a committee looking after the site said foreign Buddhist groups had donated 40,000 dollars for its upkeep.
The boy had told supporters through a friend that he was not a reincarnation of Buddha but was an "austere sage."
Gautama Siddhartha, who later became known as Buddha or the Enlightened One, is believed to have been born in the same region near the border with India in around 500 BC.
